uff.
So I had to head down sout’ to pick up a TV from my little brother to sell on the sale de la rummage. I also visited the girl was I was down there, it was a good time.
However, when I left I filled my tank up with Shell gasoline from a station here in town. I don’t know what it was, but when I was stopped at a red light, my car died. It was idling extraordinarily slowly, and there were a few times it felt like it was going to die again. Plus, the check engine light came on.
The check engine light, I’m not worried about. It’s been coming and going the last 6 months, and usually right after I put gas into the engine. But the idling thing…THAT was worrisome. And I’m wondering if it’s the gas causing that too…I filled up at a station that until last week (or the week before that) had been a valero station.
*shrug* who knows. Hopefully the mechanics can get it figured out, and it’s just as well…I needed a check up on the car before I drove it back anyway.
Thank goodness my little brother has an extra car to loan to me.
