back

from vegas. Went to about 10 casinos in the space of 3 days (although, to be fair, 2 of those were half days). Excalibur, New York New York, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, MGM, the Wynn, the Palazzo, the Venetian, the Hard Rock, and Treasure Island.

Uff da.

So, the things I’ve learned (pictures and/or video coming soon):
Always bring cash to Las Vegas. ATM fees are outrageous ($10 for $50 and up)…either bring cash or drive away from the strip to get more cash. Thankfully most of the sites you have to buy tickets for (like King Tut’s tomb and the Shark Reef) can be paid by card, so those were nice.

What a gigantic amount of money to copy something in the real world and make it fake. holy cows.

Don’t bet money you don’t intend on losing, because you WILL lose it. That dollar bought me time at a video poker machine..at one time I turned it into 1.25, but then lost it all. Accursed wilds!

more tomorrow probably.
