why do we have universal health care coverage for seniors (medicare) and not for children? Economically, it makes more sense to get universal health care for the chillens…they’ve got a good 50 years of tax paying ahead of them.

The very next day after turning in my application to rent a place ((application turned in at 4:30pm even!) ame price as the last time, lower depost required) they call me this morning(!) before 10am(!!!!) and let me know the apartment is mine if I want it. In order to hold it for me, they need the deposit, and they said Monday was ok for that.

This company’s name, btw, is Seville Property Management. Surprisingly few comments about them on the net, except for one 5 star review(which you can’t really trust). This means they haven’t obviously inspired anyone to post comments, or f’ed up so badly to get bad reviews.
