apparently I had an old post where I used some choice language to talk about the rhetorical situation, that showed up on the google results for the pages.
Had to edit that out. I disagree with the guy (Bitzer) about failed rhetorical situations, but I’m still going to be using his ideas for my dissertation.
that’s the key to academia: the more you know, the more you have to revise what you’ve said in the past. stupid blog. maybe I should just kill it.
by the way, reading through that old post reminds me things about the rhetorical situation that I really find useful for the dissertation. The work has begun!
