is starting to edge on up there in the top 3 TV stations I enjoy.

Discovery used to be ranked a respectable 4th, right after comedy central. It used to be
1. History Channel
2. Comedy Central
3. Cartoon Network

But comedy central has been suckin’ it up lately, and ever since the took Kids in the Hall of the air, and put on that insipid madtv instead of SNL, and dare I mention “lil’ bush” (more like lotta suck) ? Let’s just say it has sucked it up. Anyhoo, top 3 are now:

1. History Channel
2. Discovery Channel
3. Cartoon Network

But don’t expect that to stay…sci-fi has been coming up with some stellar shows lately (dr. who, painkiller jane, the dresden files, and their big hitter, battlestar galactica) so it MAY edge out cartoon network.

Anyway, discovery channel…top three shows I like watching are Mythbusters(classy), How it’s made (surprisingly interesting, I get hooked and it’s good stuff), and After the Catch. Coming up in support of those are Dirty Jobs(mike rowe is a funny guy), Cash Cab(good trivia show), and Man Vs. Wild (Bear Grylls gots da skillz). Planet Earth was pretty sweet too…if you muted out Sigourney Weaver and imagined the original BBC guy talking. The filmmaking on that mini series was nothing short of fantastic.

Ok, I’m done now. Favorite tv anyone?
