Simply amazing.

So I got sick of dealing with the people at Gateway, and decided to go straight to the source: Quanta in Tennessee.

Shortly after that email was sent, I get a confirmation email from Gateway that my computer has been received and it will be processed tomorrow.

in my inbox when I get home from work tonight was an email FROM QUANTA, saying they had just received the system today.

Something’s rotten in Tennessee, and there’s going to be hell to pay when I contact Gateway tomorrow.
