what to do what to do

so I had another interview today, and according to him(the pres of the company) I’ll be invited back next week to train top do one on one tutoring. This place pays very well, $20 an hour, plus mileage, plus bonuses. And he doesn’t care if I tutor for someone else.

However, Kaplan pays slightly worse than that(no mileage, but the hourly wage is around 20), plus there’s opportunity to move through the ranks at Kaplan. Plus with Kaplan, I’d be teaching groups of students more so than one on one. I’d be more used to that, and I wouldn’t have to go to student’s houses.

Why not do both? If I could, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Kaplan has a no compete clause in its contract that says I can’t work for another like-minded situation while at Kaplan, and up to a year after I quit.

So, I’m kind of torn.
