am I really ready to move away from bemidji?

Sure, I bitch about it all the time. Sure I really want to move away for a while. Sure it’d be better for the next 3 years, as far as school is concerned. Sure, it’d be insanely awesome to live somewhere where things don’t shut down for six months due to snow.

On the other hand: I’m very comfortable here. I’ve got all my stuff pret’ much where I want it. I’m close to family, I’ve got loads of friends here, I know where everything is. I finally have a kick ass job where they treat me very very well.

agh. moving doubts.

so I tried the actual mead recipe. Had it sitting for a month, and tasted it today.

10% alcohol tastes really good.

another couple of weeks, and we’ll bottle ‘er up at 13-14%. it isn’t actually too bad.
