unusually productive

got tires replaced on the car today
made kool aid
wrote/sent out PhD candidacy application
read roughly 3 essays on the study of myth from folklorist, theological, classicist views

good times. Also turned down working overnights tonight. Normally, i would…but not tonight. I don’t feel like it tonight. Though I probably should have, I need the money. But, I remind myself, money isn’t everything. And, if all else fails, I can live in my car.

good times.

lordy, I needs me a job.

pretty sure

that I love my new printer. It’s an HP scanner-copier-printer, it was on sale for $89, and the black ink cartridges are only $16. and get this: it loads the paper without issue, it doesn’t slow down my computer, and it’s…well, there’s only one way to say this: it’s sexy.

now it may have to do with my deep seated love of paper, paper that can have whatever printed on it wherever.

Sad thing is, I’ve asked for reams of paper for christmas before.

also, whenever I feel down, or have a bad day…I usually buy one of those mead composition notebooks. All that paper, blank, waiting to be scribbled on…gives me a warm happy feeling.

f’ed up? yeah, probably.
