I would’ve scored higher, I’m sure, had I not chosen snarky comments about the New Yorker.

Mead

mead (110k image)

this is what the last batch of mead looks like, more or less complete, as waiting any longer will make it taste even more sharp/bitter. It’s pretty bubbly right now, and tastes SLIGHTLY like sierra mist, with a bit of an alcohol kick. Not much of one, but it is there.

Here’s the deal with this batch, and with all green mead batches, I make them with 5 times the suggested yeast. Insane I know, but it does allow the mead to be very bubbly very quickly, not very alcoholic, but it mixes VERY WELL with vodka.

Any how, note the color. I’ve got some brewing out at the folk’s place that is a slightly darker colour, and the recipe was a more traditional one, using the correct amount of yeast. Unfortunately, it won’t be ready until September/October at the earliest.

and who knows where I’ll be then?

99 Problems but a Bitch ain’t one

and well you should be happy for that, mr. Jay-z. Dog breeding is a huge investment, especially for someone as busy as you seem to be(though short of the complete list of 100 problems).

First the pedigrees and the paperwork. You can’t breed dogs with just any ol’ mutt down at the shelter(although this would, in time, make the breed stronger, as pure bred dogs often fall victim to diseases that genetics won’t allow them to cope with). Instead, you have to first purchase the dog from a certified trainer/breeder, before you yourself could go on with your plans.

Plus, there’s the food and love factor, and someone with 99 problems certainly can’t give the time to a precious pure bred dog that it needs. You think bling can buy you the companionship and loyalty of man’s best friend? It can’t.

Also, with breeding, there are the constant vet check ups…wait. what’s that?

You’re not talking about dogs?

Oh. oh dear.

Sagittarius-The stars favor you. If you don’t begrudge success to others, your own project will take off. Tonight, you’re inclined to explore your autonomy and generally let loose.

I begrudge nothing to others!!! I PROMISE THEM THEIR DOOM!!!!!!!
