so 2 grad students on either side of the room were upset with us last night.

a couple of friends were over talking until 10 PM. yep, the late hour of 10 PM.

but y’know, heavens forbid that they be mature about it and talk to us face to face, and just ask us to be quiet.

instead they left a note tonight on the door that we’d find when we came back.

and then today in class, the prof was talking about Pacifica and the fact that there’s a current strife going on in Pacifica between the academically minded folk(me and friends) and the new myth searchers(other people) and how sad it is that institutions will probably go the way of academics and may phase out the touchy feely stuff. how sad.

my problem with this is that there are some students, and some profs, who are juveniles in all but age.

ridiculous.

that’s the course we get today.

and as for yesterday’s course, I’m giving it a 50%….50% was good scholarly material, the rest was personal stories about ‘visions’ and time spent with campbell. don’t. really. care.

so we’ll see how today’s class goes.
