Flying Spagehtti Monsters

The Flying Spaghetti Monster apparently created the universe, and ought to be taught alongside Intelligent Design in Kansas schools. This was brought to my attention via Michael, and I believe the theory makes some sense, in a verifiable scientific way. Except for the Spaghetti Monster, of course. The most important peice of science that they bring up is in this graph form:

I think it’s safe to say that we need more pirates, because they have a cooling effect on the planet. because pirates, they’re cool.

this is my car

blogcar (146k image)

I’ve got one or two names that I’m deciding on for it: Either Fenrir(the wolf what eats odin during ragnarok(and who is then struck down by Vidar, odin’s son) or The Gmork(the beast what wants to kill Atreyu in the neverending story(who is then struck down))

I’m leaning heavily towards The Gmork…because it’s sounds cool.

headache…sorta

fixing computers. I can’t seem to get away from it. I’ll admit…fixing computers is up there with video games for what I enjoy to do. It’s the puzzle solving aspect of it all.

Now if only I could find a job where they’d pay me good money to sit in a back room, away from customers and just work on fixing easy computer problems. That’s the job I’d like when I am not teaching.

family

don’t get me wrong, the family is fantastic.

the only problem is that whenever a few of them are in town, suddenly everything is expected to be dropped so that I can go hang out with them. Case in point: “Your older brother doesn’t fly out until tuesday, nor does your younger brother. Expect to spend all of monday out here.”

Yeah, thanks for taking my already extremely cramped paper-due schedule down another notch.

it is REALLY tough to get anything done whenever there’s family in town.

That’s why as soon as possible, I’m moving to Mozambique.
