that’s very odd. Like only 21% of teachers in public schools are men.

wow. I don’t even know why. I would really like to yell “reverse sexism!”, but more because its fun just to yell it, there’s just no statistical proof of sexism at all.

Apparently guys just don’t want to teach. How odd.

Oh yeah, and the fact that patience is a big factor in teaching public school also shows up. that’s precisely why I’m not doing it. I don’t have the patience for the lil’ buggers.

scene one: mother standing idly by, watching baby crawl across the floor in nothing but diapers…in the hospital. I don’t even know what to say, and the sight makes me a bit angry.

scene two: two seconds later, a child about 6 months older, is being walked by his mother down the hallway, and the kid waves at me. It made me smile as I waved back. And I’m not as angry.

unfortunately, I have to go back to work now, so I’m angry again.

I really don’t want to go.
