progress running
today: 1 full mile ran(actually a little more, but I won’t count the false start on a treadmill with the track slipping), followed by 3 minutes walking, and an extra .3 mile. And I’m not even counting biking to and from the gym.
friday: 1.5 miles.
I’m-a gonna do it.
as an add on question for you runners out there: Any stretches that I should be doing before and after the run?
