I realize I’m a bit behind the times when this is the first time I saw it. Preview on Robots.

wow. I don’t know, with a trailer like that, how Lucas could screw it up.

The best part, I think, of the entire trailer was Obi Wan yelling out “But you’re supposed to be the chosen one!!!”

And though they didn’t show anakin’s response…in my head it went something like this:

“Well you should know not to trust Lucas’ scriptwriting abilities!”

I saw that movie today. Pretty standard kids fare, but occasionally good parts. Kind of clever jokes here and there with robots and such.

What I found made the movie better was that everytime someone said ‘robot’, I rephrased it in my head to hear how Zoidberg from Futurama made it sound.

and I don’t know about that. In my opinion, for Church to be meaningful, there has to be a DEFINITE line drawn between the sacred(worship territory) and the profane(everything else).

Now I know some progressives want to combine the two, but I think that that is possibly the stupidest idea ever. Some argue that it will get youths to go to church more…and then the question is will they BELIEVE? Doubtful in my opinion. Churches like that don’t give much in addition to wha the world is already giving.

Anyway. At church this morning…they rock out to God. And y’know, whatever works, but c’mon. I went 4 months ago and what I noticed was this:

They’re rocking out to the same songs…

the same exact 3 songs. Only one of which was a hymn.

But hey. Whatever works for some people. And I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. While in Rome do what the romans do…while in california, do californians. I MEAN DO WHAT CALIFORNIANS DO!!!

was mas horrible.

First…water spilled like rain all over my left leg. I spilled my full glass of water. Good thing I didn’t get any pop!

Second…the lady sitting next to me bought wine, and then fell asleep drinking it, spilling it all over my OTHER leg.

so, if anyone knows of any good ways to get wine stains out of pants, I’m open to suggestions.

but now I’m in cali, so ’s all good.
