or are people pretty uptight today? I get booted from a chat room for a relatively light limerick, and then I get home and get lectured by my mother because she heard what a sarcastic ass I was at work last night. about how she raised me better than that.

or it could be that I’m so goddamned tired that it SEEMS that everyone is uptight. maybe this is how they are normally, and I’m just another one like them when I’ve got sleep. maybe my lack of sleep has allowed me to see that the world and the humor inherent in it is looked down upon by the rest of the people because they’re uptight…

or maybe I’m hypersensitive due to lack of sleep and am noticing things that wouldn’t be noticed before. as well, the limerick probably wouldn’t have been done had I had enough sleep.
