I’d like to give a shout out to this post by Sueanne that definitely hits the nail on the head about the ‘counter suzanne’ craze going on.

Again, I’m just going to point to the lower post, and note that I should’ve bolded the line about if you don’t like it, just let it rest.

That seems to be something that the anti-suzanites are avoiding.

Here’s what I don’t get: Why there is sucha violent backlash over this thing…the lutheran campus center has had their little things, the IV x-tians have had their get togethers, and for christ’s sake, the idiot frat and sorority houses have had things INFINITELY more stupid going on.

Why such an angry backlash about this? Is it because religion is a sore spot for people?

the more I see the reaction to it, the more that I’m thinking the suzanites were right to do this, if only to bring up the point that people STILL feel strongly about God, whether or not they want to admit it. Or whether or not they notice it.

Or maybe it’s just people feeling intolerant. The good Lord knows there’s plenty of that to go around.

after a stressful day preparing for a (I hope) semi successful presentation and then giving it, I feel I am justified to watch the movie ‘Soldier’ with Kurt Russel(a movie about nothing but explosions) and drink a couple of beers.

here’s the reason:

you’re stupid, annoying, and attractive, AND you plaster yourself on and in every media venue that you can find. Hence, you’re making yourself a target.

Come down from the spotlight a little, protect your personal privacy, and MAYBE you’ll be smart enough next time not to get targeted.

Of course, knowing the publicity starved bimbo, she probably did it herself.

Ok, so I listen to country music occasionally, and this one song has been playing at least once a day on one of the radio stations, and I rather enjoy it. I’ll toss on the ending choruses for you to also enjoy…a little message to the idjits wearing both the “I agree with Suzanne” and “I don’t agree with Suzanne” pins…
