So I shaved…

the beard was really itchy this week and I decided I didn’t need that, so off it went. Before the shave….

and after

Shave…?

I think I’m going to shave.

I just haven’t decided whether or not it will be tomorrow.

doin’ all right

so happy today. My computer’s defaults have been restored, and it’s financial aid day today!

wheee!

I went and picked up my tax software today, and if you’ve never used Turbotax to do your own taxes before, and you need to pay someone to do your taxes, I suggest going down and paying the cashola to get the software, and then get the rebates for a free state refund and such.

This software is ridiculously easy to use. Not only that, but I got a free USB keypad(after rebates of course) with the purchase of Turbotax. I have lived for 3 years without one of these babies for my laptops, and I must say, now that I’ve got one, I’m pleased as punch.

I think I shelled out $90 for the assorted products, which in 6-8 weeks of rebate waiting, will be whittled down to $40. Good times! Anyways, if you can, I suggest getting this tax program, so tasty it is.

Unfortunately, today the computer classroom was taken up so I couldn’t walk a new web design student through her setup. Oh well, that’ll happen on monday. Right now, I’m punching numbers into my tax software using my keypad, sitting on some fundage to afford books from financial aid, and got a full four hours of sleep so far today(uninterrupted!).

I’ll admit, on certain days, it doesn’t take much to make me happy.

Problems with knowing too much…

you sometimes forget the simplest solution to your problems. I was talking to the policeman on duty tonight about my computer problems and he suggested something to fix it that I had not even thought about.

System Restore.

Doh! So consequently, I did that. Y’know what? BOOM! It works, like a charm. A tasty tasty charm of computer awesomeness. I applauded the officer. Tax dollars well spent.
