The Froyd© today, for I was up until 3, got 1.5 hours of sleep then up again. The reason?
A last ditch effort to avoid taking an incomplete out in Pacifica. I got 6 pages, and then I realized that I was just babbling. It sucked…BIG TIME. The first 3 pages, describing Dharma and Jung’s idea of the shadow worked really well, though. It was just the last three pages when I was applying it to the Mahabharata that really really stunk. On the pl.us side, the incomplete I’ll be taking isn’t at all abnormal. From the sounds of it from a Pacifica grad who one of my friends out there knows, lots and lots of people take incompletes the first semester.
As such, I am really tired, but resigned to the fact that now I’ll have two more months to get the other 5 pages of the 8 page essay up to snuff. On the other hand, I’m really happy with how the other two essays turned out. Really happy, and that ain’t just the lack of sleep talking. They are actually cogent and well organized and complete the assignment perfectly. We’ll see what kind of grades I get.
That’s just a lesson for you who learn from other’s mistakes(take note, since I make so very few this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from The Froyd©!): Procrastination when you have 3 weeks to get a paper done is foolish, foolish, foolish. Especially when you have three papers.
now you know. carry on with your lives.
