On Voting

I’m not going to say that if you didn’t vote you have no right to criticize the government, because that’s just ridiculous to say.

What I’m going to say is this:
If you didn’t vote, you have no right to criticize how other people voted.

If you didn’t have the spine or the moral fortitude to get out there and vote for who you most agreed with, you can’t say that those who did voted for the wrong guy.

Because in all, as far as I’m concerned, a non-vote is on the same moral ground as a vote for me or david hanson…thrown away.

So if you threw your vote away, be it in protest or another goddamned stupid reason, then you have no right to say that a person who did vote voted poorly because they didn’t vote for the one you wanted to win. After all, if you didn’t vote, that’s one less for that person anyway.

Another Session Down

One more session at Pacifica and I’ll be done with the first quarter of the first year.

Whoa. Good times though. This time zone thing is killing me though.

I think I’m going to take up meditation.

I think I’m going to psycho-analyze dreams…via jungian ways, as freud was a little bit messed up.

I think I’m going to free write more often.
