For Lunch and Supper

I had an amazing egg casserole type of thing. At least I think I’d classify it as casserole.

I put in 4 eggs, a cup of milk, 2 cheddar cheese sticks, about half a cup of wild rice, about 3 tablespoons of chopped turkey, perhaps 2 teaspoons of basil, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of onion flakes.

Microwaved on high for 4 minutes, mixed it up. Microwaved again on high for 4 minutes, mixed. Microwaved it for one minute. Made enough for two meals.

Man. that was tasty. Looking back on it, it sounds kind of disgusting. But it was colorful and tasty. And how often do you get that nowadays?

Da Book is Now Officially…

half way done. Finished editing the typos/sections that I needed and that I saw, so it is officially done. I’ve got a couple of readers going over the rest of it, and I’m sure there will be a few things that need changing.

No problem there, and I do thank them. One is Stephen, and the other is David Hanson.

If you’re interested in reading it, drop me a line or comment.

And if you’re interested in reading it to make fun of me, I’ll just not listen to you, because I don’t have time for that immaturity.

Neener Neener.
